Either we are winning trophies or ancelotti does a koeman.

The only question brands needs to ask ancelotti is "which players do you want" and then do his job asap instead of waiting until the last day of the transfer window.

Id rather we went for it with ancelotti and gave him what he wants, if it fails then at least we have shown some ambition which is all most us fans want instead of being plucky old everton just happy to take part. We have tried to do it with managers who were 'meant' to have potential and it hasnt worked, im still cautious about it but what else can we try realistically.

I never. You can choose numerous names who have managed at those clubs and say they dont do long term because the turnover at those clubs is like that. So you cant just pluck ancelotti out. What are you saying? That we turn down any very good manager because he has managed at the highest level at some top clubs but only for a few seasons?
Wether this works out nobody knows. But ancelotti is clearly not an idiot. He knows its a building job at Everton. Lets tap into his vast experience and pull of a bit more quality players that he will no doubt be able to lure.

I'd say there's about 95% of Evertonians absolutely made up with this appointment and I think it's safe to say there wasn't that when Koeman signed up.

Absolutely, I was gutted when we appointed Koeman thought he was an accident waiting to happen. Ancelotti though

I think Delph was supposed to be the 12th man anyways. He doesn't have the legs to be a starter each week.

....he’d have been more that 12th man this last month or so. We’ve moved a player out with glass hamstrings and replaced him with another. Delph would be a very useful acquisition if we could get him on the pitch but unfortunately that’s not the case.

Isn't it incredible? It was fine all those years ago when Blackburn came into money and joined the elite. No problem when Chelsea and later City did the same. But those poor relations/neighbours of the 'national treasures' across the park?

Ancelotti is a proper succesful manager. Enormous difference between him and Ronko.
