Really don’t see the need for this, he wasn’t good enough but was hardly a person that thought himself better than anyone else. Out of the managers we have had he is so inoffensive to warrant any sort of attacks

I dont think any of the managers we have had have been inoffensive. Some might say fat sam. But tbh the abuse he got before he even took charge who could blame him.
Nothing wrong in calling silva a fraud. He wasnt far off that posing as a manager at a club like Everton. Even though those who amazingly gave him the job are more at fault there.
Nice chap. But clearly out of his depth. Should have been shown the door after millwall. Just as an average fan i sat there knowing what millwalls only game plan was. He lost me that day of any hope that i thought he knew what he was doing.

I've seen like 3 different versions of the highlights and only now seeing this great buildup.... sky bbc etc need to sort it out

I have nothing against him but he carried himself like he thought he was a big dog but just had nothing about him at all. I'll be amazed if he does anything of note in future. Though he's earned enough or of Everton to never need to.

Not the right man for us agreed but he’s only 42 he’s already won a trophy in Portugal and Greece and managed in champions league and UEFA league football I hardly think he won’t get another job.look at Martinez he’s Belgium manager and Koeman at Holland and have done ok.

I don't think Portugal or Greece are necessarily a great indication of managerial quality but I get what you are saying. I just don't think he will land a big role.

Reading his book at the moment. I think he’ll fit in so well here, despite the media horror at him “lowering” himself.

Pretty much everything about the setup at Milan (that he cites as his ideal) is similar to us... right down to a kit man who’s been around forever.

Someone on here pointed out. Ancelotti has done more in the space of 1 week to engage with the fan base than Silva ever did.

Silva was terrible...surprised anyone can defend him after losing 2-0 to every promoted side.
