My faith in the manager isn’t shaken. It’s the players who failed again. Carlo needs patience and money. But there are a number of players I never want to see in an Everton shirt again.
Every manager needs money and patience.

In this window. We have to keep some faith in him. Today has completely knocked the [Poor language removed] out of me today. Are our players up to it. I’m not sure I think Carlos needs time at least 2 midfield and a back up centre half. I think we have no choice but to get behind the team even though they don’t deserve it.
Perfect scenario for Carlo today. Too early in his reign to get the knives out and really its ended the season so all pressure is now off until August. This will give him another twelve months at least until the natives get restless (thats 11million pounds for those keeping track) and then only if things start badly again next campaign. He is a big name but if you look at his last two jobs he's delegating most of the coaching now to others and Munich players had to come up with their own training sessions as they didn't feel they were being challenged. If Duncan was on the sideline that would've never have happened today..............said this before he signed and hope I'm wrong but think he's here for the incredible pay day and wont lose a wink tonight like most of us will after today Hope I'm wrong!
2 weeks and some of you have turned already.
My God.

I'd say he will lose sleep tonight, not because he loves the club, because that clearly isn't the case. He must have earned enough cash to retire some time ago, but hasn't. What he works for, I imagine, is self satisfaction and reputation. Ancelotti hasn't spent all these years building reputation and respect just to have the shower of misfits, cowards and incompetents in our squad to make him look like a clown in what might be his final job. He may not succeed, but I guess he will be putting in 110%.Worryingly spot on for me
Haha behave. Love how our fans talk about Ferguson. He was another fraud who turned up for 4 games a season against that lot and united, he’d be injured or banned for the rest. Managed to get a few half decent results as manager but tbh we couldn’t be any worse than under silva.
That’s not ‘mentality’ in the sense we’re talking though. You can’t say our team in 2009 had a winning mentality in the semi but not the final, that’s childlike logic. You can be more confident in certain games etc, but in terms of a pervading mentality, you either have it or you don’t, it doesn’t change with the weather.Of course your mentality changes from game to game, that's the biggest thing managers are responsible for.
Otherwise, are you arguing that their team, on paper, today was better than ours?
If not, then it can only really be about mentality, resilience, motivation and work ethic.

I dont deserve Moshiri and Kenwright and Brands. You get the club you deserve.
And we certainly all have that.
We’re not in a relegation battle, you melon.Has he ever been in a relegation battle
...individual performances were woeful, but I have no idea why he played 2 up front yet the back four tried to keep possession. They looked weakest at the back, surely we should’ve gone back to front quicker. Instead we surrendered possession in their top third where we were outnumbered and chasing shadows. We couldn’t get out of our half.
We continued doing it, Ancelotti didn’t change it.
