I am ready to die
If you're saying that once the players are out on the pitch, the manager can have no impact on the game or the system, I just don't know what to say.
If you lose a goal at 94 minutes and, with only a couple of minutes left, you concede another, then poor instruction or possibly lack of instruction MUST have played some part.
I'm not saying it's his fault. But it's baffling to suggest he's not somewhat responsible too.
The 1st goal, fair enough, it's a bit of a freak. It's a deflection and CB's scoring bicycle kicks is a bit mad. But once you're at 2-1, slow the play down, don't concede set pieces, waste time, pack the midfield and play safe.
It's clutching at straws, desperately, to say Carlo couldn't have done things differently. Totally immune to criticism.

That's the most unmerciful of deaths.Death by Watching Everton defending set pieces
He’s not immune to criticism obviously. I think his subs were poor.
But two goals within the final minute and it’s his fault? Come on.
That’s a terrible stance to take on that. Jesus, Carlo, just say nothing instead of saying crap like that.
Spot onI thought we were playing some good stuff, then full back for striker, and we started to sit back. We still have a soft centre, so our best form of defence is to try and attack. Carlo will figure us out in time, at least we have shown some promise, but also too little backbone.
