My sticking point so far with Ancelotti is that, given his experience and what he's won, he should know better.

Bizarre subs but then he doesn't have many choices. We have loads of injuries we played well for 93 minutes but surrendered the game in extra time. Tactics, mentality and or players provably all of it. But it's not the first time.

No mate not trying to be a fire take here.

I'm frustrated - and have been for a few weeks - that we seem to be so muddled with our dealings.

But, these players deserve the blame entirely for tonight and I think it's pretty fair to say Ancelotti needs to be better with his subs.

But, we've had the injury issues for ages (bar Richarlison). We've known for ages we need more options so that our options aren't Niasse up top and Davies at left wing.

So yes, I am frustrated and disappointed we haven't been ready to go. I'm not expecting miracles. I'm not expecting a £60m signing. But we've had the time and we should have been ready to move.

Kean going off isn’t what puzzles me as such.

If he had to go off then he had to go off.

It is why a striker was replaced by a full back when we were two goals up and under no threat whatsoever.

But he's good enough to know it mate. That's the frustration.

Niasse lost us that game. The guy had a chance to kill the ball and hold things up when he was put through and blew it.
