I think Carlo will get an extra few percent out of the team as a whole with his team set-up and tactics; squeeze a couple of percent from the younger players who are already working hard and playing well (Richie/DCL/Holgate/Davies), get a few percent more from the established players (Sidibe/Coleman/Digne/Bernard) and surprise everyone by turning one lump of coal into a diamond (maybe Siggi or Sneids).
