The reason we are struggling is injuries. The reason the football has been bad is injuries.

If you'd told me the injuries we were going to get this season and that we'd still be 8th at this point, I'd have been amazed.

Have we had any significantly more injuries than other PL teams? If so, what kind of injuries. Could it be due to how we set up our training? Are we good enough at recovery and injury prevention? What kind of diet plan do the players have? The players we have bought, what kind of injury history do they have, and how does their player profile fit with PL? All this is the manager's responsibility.

Yes I think we we'll get 4 points out of 6 against Villa and Arsenal away and then it's a toss of a coin playing Villa at home. I think we'd have enough to stay above any of them.

I certainly don't look at the table and crap myself over anything Arsenal, Villa or Leeds have done.

If we beat Spurs ( which is the next game and most important one ) we are right where we should be and in the mix.

Why do you keep pretending everyone has been injured for the entire season ? Bar a short spell at the start we have played pretty bad football all season even when we've had strong lineups out there... we just managed to spawn a lot of results somehow.

Sorry, how many games have we had our strongest 11 out this season out of 30?

Seriously, answer the question.

As I said earlier we are the only team in the league to have had every single playing member of the squad out injured at some point this season. That's unprecedented.

You can bleat on about 'not good enough' etc all you want. But football teams don't do as well when their best players can't pay. That is an irrefutable fact.
