Don' t like seeing people knocked back when their doing such a fantastic job as Moyes at West Ham. Credit where its due for what he's getting out of a poorer squad than us. Lets see what happens weekend. A lot on here may end up ducking and diving at the final whistle. At moment Moyes is way ahead of Carlo tactically and without doubt will be up for this game.

Is it a poorer squad? It has a lot more balance than ours. Individually maybe but even then I am not so sure.

I am really not sure what some people have been watching all season.

West Ham have players who perform on the pitch whereas a lot of our players are good in theory or on paper as you say but cannot consistently turn up.

Their midfield is better than ours in my book especially with the addition of Lingard who has offered more of a threat in half a season for them than probably any player has for Everton in the last 5 years or more.

Antonio is a handful and in form whereas our players like DCL or Richy have been way off the mark for a while.

I think you are playing down West Ham and playing us up at the same time.

Agree with everything you quote. Honestly am not playing anybody up or down. Was sat on the fence when Carlo signed. Too many biased opinions on here regarding Carlo when Moyes is doing a lot better job with the squad he's got down there. Moyes did well on the whole with limited funds available under Bill compared to the investment now. IF we do get taken apart, just watch the quotes on here both during and after the game. Got to give Moyes credit for what he's achieved this season.

I fcked off for a piss in his last game at Goodison when people started clapping. I found it all a bit cringe and thought it made us look very small time. Could you imagine clubs who consider themselves big applauding a manager who was going to a rival. We may have slipped down the rankings but if you're old enough to remember spanking utd as champions of England, to be applauding your manager going there while he was still in charge of Everton.
