2020/21 Carlo Ancelotti

Point 1. Carlo Ancelotti is no longer a world class manager he just isnt - Everton would carry on fine without him.

Point 2. How can he ever outlast a poor squad if that clown of a DOF who's added constant dross to it continues to leave us short in positions & signs even more tripe?

Had enough of the excuses with this club - bring in a nutjob manager who has this squad absolutely flogged until they can gallop like Redrum

Tried that with Koeman and Silva. They both had reputations as disciplinarians who played high pressing games, valued fitness, had compact tactical systems, took no nonsense.

This shower of players threw both of them under the bus. They’re not running for anyone. You could have Simeone in here, Mourinho. Gylfi ain’t getting off his deck chair for any of them. Mina isn’t going to switch on at a corner for any of them. Iwobi won’t learn to cross a ball for any of them. You know why? Because they know full well that there’s no one better on the bench to replace them.

The concern is the style of play.

It'd be easier to show patience if you can see what we're trying to achieve and put in place. Whack it up to DCL and hope he scores you may as well have Big Sam for that.. He was totally schooled by Bielsa last week.

We've tried "up and coming" managers in Martinez and Silva. We've tried "good" or "proven" managers with Koeman and Allardyce.

They've done sod all.

If you want Ancelotti gone at this stage, you're brain dead.
I’m brain dead for wanting a manager gone who’s done nothing here?

Take away his history at other clubs, what’s he done here that says to you that he can move us up the table?

He should spend the entire week on passing drills. Woeful players who can’t pass to their team mates.

These players turn up for training and then get managers fired on match day. You’d arch the training videos and they all look absolute top players. They get on the pitch and they can’t put two passes together.

Simeone, Biesla, Gallardo? anyone who has this lot physically fit and hungry.

All we do is appoint managers who like to pass it around nicey nice but have no effort or fight in them for when the going gets tough.
Let’s be honest mate, we’ll never attract anyone like this again unless carlo gets us back up there. Best everyone just gets behind him and stops the bed wetting. He was the best thing since sliced bread after 5 games.

I don't want him out, but this obsession of going with seniority instead of ability is beginning to get tiresome. It looks like it's easier to pacify senior poor players (siggy, delph) by playing them instead of more progressive younger players like Gordon and nkoukou. He's settling for a harmonious dressing room instead of a potentially winning dressing room. No-one can tell me delph is a better option at left back than nkoukou. Not even you carlo, sorry. Picking him is the cowards choice. I don't care how experienced a player delph is, he's too slow and he's gash.

Delph hasn't got the legs (or footballing ability) to get forward or backward along the line. That decision alone has us playing with ten men.

To not cover an injury ravaged player (delph) with a like for like player on the bench is scandalous.

Bringing on the slug instead of Gordon or Bernard is another cowards choice. That decision speaks for itself.

Yes we have terrible strength in depth and he's working with a very poor squad, but he still needs called out on his decisions, which haven't been good enough, again. It's getting tiresome.

The system is on him.

Also, he’s not the manager we need right now. He has no experience to suggest he can manage a club like Everton.

He’s failed here. Plain and simple.
Manage a club like Everton? Wtf. Managed pretty much every one of Europe's biggest clubs and brought success to them. Managed a number of the best players of the last 20 years but yeah, can't manage a club like Everton. Behave.

What's any of our previous four managers done?

What's your alternative plan? Who comes in?

You have nothing, so yes, you are being reactive to a few bad results and therefore stupid. No patience for stupid views right now.

I’m not sure I’d say Carlo isn’t a world class manager. I don’t think he is someone that is an expert at building a team though. He has been spoiled and it has shown. We can’t afford to freeze our talent and fanny around like top clubs.

I don’t like to repeat myself every week, but he needs a wake up call. This is maybe the 5th one.

Problem is mate he isn't learning - after that Newcastle game had we turned up and put in a performance against Utd I would have said fair enough he learnt from that disaster side he picked.

He's had weeks to change it up but he's a massively stubborn old git who wont play players in their positions- no harm giving Nkounkou or Gordon a go these last few games but he's being an arse making a point.

We can't sack him as Moshiri has him on a big contract so its 18-24 months of tripe before we can look to get rid.

Bet you can’t wait to get back to Goodison to have a good boo. Your type are a detriment to the club, we are worse off because of you. You are not wanted, by one single person.

Training clips look very slow. Rondo looks like it's done in slow motion. Ask any player with any top team and they will tell you the intensity and quality of a team can be most judged by that simple drill. Our training matches our on field performances. Lackadaisical.

He’s used to dealing with professional outfits who have a good squad not a circus of a club full of losers and wasters
