I can see why he didn't play in Walcott tbh, he's a great finisher and all strikers should back their ability to score from there.

It was the wrong decision obviously, but I can't complain too much, Coleman and Richarlison had just as good opportunities to win the game for us too.
wasn't even that bad of a shot tbh.

great hold up play for Richarlsons second. The shot he had from 20 yards out or so was a bit tame I thought he'd have been better off going for the opposite corner I'm sure the goals will come. I don't blame him for not putting Walcott through as he's a striker you'd expect him to have a go when in range it was a bit different to the Coleman/Niasse situation at the end.

He was trying to use the defender to mask his shot as well. It just wasn’t precise enough, but you can tell what he was trying to do. Should have played in Walcott mind, but you want your striker to be a tad selfish every now and again.

I expect him to make the correct decision and put his teammate clean through rather than try to be the hero. It was an easy play to make and we’d likely have won had he made it.

Not good enough for me, sorry. He can not lead the line (plainly obvious v Wolves!). At least TWO CF/ST should be out priority come January. Sorry if many don't agree with me, but we can do better.

Dont care what people say Jamie Vardy is twice the player.

Batshuyai, Bacca & Willian Jose would all be upgrades aswell.

Would love to ship both him and Calvert Lewin out. Lukaku would have bagged a hatful against that Wolves defence.

When you create 0 chances for your striker I do generally expect them to have a pop when something falls for them to be fair.

Though the right thing to do would have been slide it forward to Theo
Good point it might be one of the frustration moments since he gets fed scraps and he wanted to score.

Easy to say while sitting on the couch but, as you rightly pointed out, had he dragged that shot to the bottom right corner of goal he would have wrong-footed the keeper and scored an easy one.

Please remember he played the entire second half with no support when we went down to 10. He done OK - let's wait and see.

I have waited, and seen. I used the Wolves game as an example. He has not shown me in any of his appearances that he is a CF of the standard required in the PL, and to move us to the next level. Not good enough for Everton, sorry. just my opinion.

We've had this problem since Lukaku, We don't supply the strikers with chances at all. The strikers have to work for it themselves but if they do get a chance its in the net e.g Valencia/Huddersfield/Brighton.

If the plan comes together, Bernie, Gomes and Rich will be supplying the ammunition.

Ironically Tosuns hold up play was great and ideal when a man down as it enabled the team to continue further up the pitch, but in doing so he wasn't the man in the box.

Brining Niasse on was also the right thing to do as as a player he is more likely to score from pure scraps/nothing when we were digging to maybe pull out a third goal to regain the lead.
