Its a team game, as long as someone is scoring I dont care if its the centre forward or the wide forward players. I seem to recall the graeme Sharp wasn't the most prolific but he was ace at bringing others into the game for goals. Do we need better, of course, but that thinking applies all over the pitch too.

Cenk assisting two says a little bit about the standard that the midfield has. Gana or Davies are non existent in attacking play.

Exactly. But his job is to simply just stand 5 yards in front of the near post and head things away. He keeps misjudging the flight. Either that or he doesn't fancy it. And he doesn't have the pace to be the man left up the field on set plays so he needs to do the role for the team.

Maybe. But it's not the hardest job for a target man type.

I don't think any of them know what they're doing from set-pieces, defensively, at the moment. Definitely needs improving.

Tosun has so far proved to be a complete waste of money. Would rather have kept Rooney in the summer.
