I understand the game mate I played it for 25 years. Point out what the lads doing wrong with the service he’s getting. We don’t beat the first defender with crosses he’s got no forward passes from our defence mids . Love to see who your replacements are. Anyone can spout what you do , offer an alternative ( viable)

Probably not Lou but to keep Dave happy very much so.
It looks to me, like he " dovetails " very nicely with the front players around him and there`s the start of a real understanding between them.
The big difference this season, is the we aren`t reliant on one player ( Tosun ) to score all the goals.
If he`s holding play up and using the ball intelligently, which in turn leads to other scoring, I`d say he`s doing fine by me.
Who would you rather have, someone like Danny Ings !!!!

For me this current lot could not hold a candle to Howie's team, or even Catterick's back in the sixties.

I think right now we have a very hard-working and skilful young manager who is making thre difference in terms of what HE brings, not what the players bring.
Even if he scored 30 goals, it makes no odds Dave, as you have passed judgement and that is FINAL.

That is why we need a number of new players because many of the current lot playing bring sod all. For me with Marcel and Brands (although you may not agree) we are starting an overhaul but it will take some time. Will not indeed cannot happen overnight, too many bits of crap on loan but who still have contracts of more then one year plus some of the crap not on loan.

Your seem to be forgetting that this season is all about rebuilding and sorting out the Koeman / Walsh mess out.
He`s the least of our worries.
