Still think Cenk will get 15 goals this season all going well, hes out of form at the moment, but you need to persevere with strikers in these periods.

The problem is, it doesn't look like he believes it. He certainly isn't playing like he does.

His not out of form, he is playing like he played all of last season
People blamed last season on allardyce poor tactics
His is out of his depth and has been from day one.

Opposition defenders have a field day with him, even if he wins the ball he doesent have the pace to beat them, his basically a combination of jelavic/straq

I think it's difficult to say whether it's 'form' or if that's just how it's going to be in the PL for him. He's only scored in 4 of the 20 games he's played for us, and all of those came against inferior opposition, so it's possible that he's just not going to score a lot of goals in this league.

Obviously you may be right, but I don't think we have enough of a track record to be able to say this is definitely just a spell that he'll come out of.

He has under 1 in 4 which is basically Dwight Gayle statistics. He aint good enough and those who think he is based off a worldie or two in the CL for Besiktas are deluding themselves.

West Ham, Leicester, Wolves and Southampton all have better forwards than us ffs.

Go all out in Jan for a top centre forward and a decent enough back up like King to bring off from the bench - sell Tosun, Niasse and DCL

So we're using Richarlison's heat map in one game, which shows that he, when playing on the wing, spent most of his time on the wing, as evidence that Tosun is playing really well? Seems legit.
No, no, no. You just don’t understand football if you think a strikers job is to score goals.

Last week were the first real chances hes missed, hes in a rut and badly needs a goal, I dont think hes as bad as some are making out, but he was a 20m punt, thats utterly nothing money for a Striker.

Ive voiced concerns in the past whether hes able to play the number 9 and im not totally convinced he can. We badly need another Striker in Jan, but we also need midfielders. Buying Strikers and midfielders in Jan is very costly and will be pretty difficult, so I cant imagine anything happening till the summer on this front.

I still have faith in the boy, I think the team will improve next week after our players get some fitness back in their legs and hopefully Rico doesnt get sent off again.

Be nice to play a winger rather than DCL for once anyway.

Im still backing the boy, but we as I said in May, we need improvement in this area for sure.

That's the worrying part, expect to be booed, the fans have a lot to answer for in undermining players confidence by offering little support to any player deemed not good enough or not trying hard enough.

If the crowd clapped along happily to the crap we get served up I guarantee it wouldn't make a single bit of difference. In fact I think we'd be worse because the mercenaries would think they could get away with it.
