They can and will kick them out.
Might as well kick them out its not like these teams are gonna field full strength teamsPremier league have tv deals that clubs will be relying on this money. You can't just kick them out.
At least the NFL has a salary cap and equal revenue sharing. Stan and the Glaziers definitely the main drivers here. It’s particularly Kroenke from my experience.
It’s not really the aggravation of them being rich, just the fact you knew that’s what his plan was all along.
I think most of the US teams are small market teams and they’re often swamped by The big teams, but they’re just confirming their ring fencing.
I love how US Sports work, but leave it there, let us keep it how it is.
Money talks though.
Whatever mate. If they’re dismissed, I’ll rejoice. You’re confident that their dismissal from domestic competitions is now a foregone conclusion. I don’t share your confidence on this matter, and I don’t think I’m alone in that.
What are you basing your confidence on? I believe that the website of this new ‘Super League’ is stating that the clubs will continue to participate in their domestic leagues?
Don’t think they have. Bayern and Red bull in I thinkHuge respect to the Germans for staying out of this Setting up a league where you can't get relegated, you couldn't make it up.
Who is stumping up the 3.5 billion then?

I don't think they would have done this if they thought being kicked out was a realistic thing. They've got the PL and the rest of the clubs over a barrel and they know itThis. Why on earth people just think this is going to end in these clubs getting everything their own way I do not know.
Where did you see that? I'm jumping between different radio stations including German, not heard it yet.
And it would prove the PL can't live without them - they'd insist on selling their own TV rights and FFP rules being made stricter, on threat of walking away. Competitiveness, as far as it currently goes anyway, is gone whichever happens. If they leave we're all financially screwed so that won't be happening
If their working conditions have become intolerable, such as no longer being able to play for their national team, they could quit their contract and claim constructive dismissal, claiming their lost earnings for remainder of their contract. Thats the basic position. Quick disclaimer, I am a solicitor but employment law is not my area so there
will be loads of poss variables depending whats in their contracts.
Nothing on Bayern’s website yet.Bayern have agreed to join mate sadly.
Them & Leipzig.
