When this all shakes out, if it’s harder for Everton to win stuff I might be done. The last ten years or so have been right on my limit with FFP stopping us bridging the gap on spending. If this gets anymore unfair I cba with it.

The only thing that would revive my interest is seeing this lot either removed from the league of suitably punished. There has to be a future where teams can make CL qualification, play European football and win trophies otherwise normal fans will soon start packing it all in.

My interest is Everton has waned massively over the past few years. My interest in wider football is now totally nonexistent... Couldn’t tell you the last time I watched a match that we weren’t involved in.

I hope this goes ahead just to purge the PL and CL of the boring predictability of the same old clubs winning everything.

Don’t blame you. I’d even go as far to say most of the matches are dull too. We have wingers who can’t even take a man on or put in a decent cross, midfielders over 6ft who fall over at the slightest touch, a VAR system overseen by Frank Spencer, referees have one of the hardest jobs ever in the world, a leading English forward who dives and isn’t called out and commentators who say “there was contact” depending on the player who cheats.
