Nah, no mention of uncle Cyril's bike.I know he’s not popular (and frequently with good cause) but if you don’t reckon a good portion of that Board statement came from Bill Kenwright, you’re out of your mind
Offer the 6 clubs an olive branch.
Then set it on fire.
I can see the argument re: PSG, but not Bayern in a million years. Especially since he claims they didn’t even SPEAK to them...Yes, I do actually - what do they gain by inviting PSG?
They don’t need the French market (which is tiny and would be even less for this) and given Saudi-Qatari relations were in the gutter for most of the time this was being negotiated (though they are better now) there’d have been problems across the Middle East if a Qatari owned club was a member too.
Bayern could have been invited, but again they’ve got everything they need already.
Some of the Twitter replies on our club statement are amazingly bad.
The media the fa and premier league are still up their backside they will get away with it unless the chairmen of all other clubs refuse to deal with them. The 6 won't face any serious sanctions for this. Let's be brutally honest here.

Don't German clubs have can representations at board level or something similar.I can see the argument re: PSG, but not Bayern in a million years. Especially since he claims they didn’t even SPEAK to them...
well anyway... since Perez’s lips were moving, I’m going to assume he was lying
I like my odds.
I never usually pay social media, never mind Twitter, that much attention when it comes to the opinions of football 'fans'..
I must admit though.. I've seen a handful of comments from 'international reds' over the last 24 hours that have proper got my blood boiling. It's these pr*cks that represent everything wrong with the game these days. Their reaction to our statement this morning has been infuriating.
Where would you find a “fit and proper” person in government?Apparently there is a law that enables a British based business to be taken over by government if its practices badly affect other British businesses.
Just had a little look.
The best one is a United fan saying they will still be a United fan at heart but will watch Everton instead if the super league goes ahead. Then a City fan pipes up to call them a plastic fan![]()
