Totally agree.

But, if I am Sky, my Premier League product is now really damaged without those scumbag clubs. It's certainly not worth as much money for tv rights anymore.

I have a creeping sensation that the clubs will be allowed to stay in their domestic leagues.

The Premier League has to act now. They have to kick them out.

6 of the team currently in it are going to be handed €3.5bn(!!!) for infrastructure.

How the hell can any of the rest compete with that?

Unfortunately I can't see (m)any of the threats from the Premier League, FA or UEFA coming to fruition. These clubs are too big and the money involved is too much. Ultimately they will be able to have their cake and eat it. All those fans livid now will be reveling in their glory within a year or two and it'll all be forgotten by them. Our league will lose it's value dramatically and I wouldn't be surprised if the stadium is put on hold while those financing it re-analyse the value it will bring to the club. Those greedy gets from across the park just had to go and ruin everything didn't they.

whether you want to admit it, those Top 6 (excluding Tottenham) drive up revenue for the Premier League significantly.

Power vacuum - expect ALOT of wealthy billionaires to start buying your Newcastle's, Wolves, Sheffield Clubs etc and try to establish a new big 6 as it were.

Think English football after 1992 - Sky, Bein, BT aint just walking away mate neither will Usmanov imo.

The arrogance of the top clubs thinking they made the prem, they didn’t. If anything by the end of it they were detracting from the competition. No one wants to watch City beat Burnley 5-0 every season. Everton Leeds Villa Newcastle West Ham Leicester scrapping it out in a game of equals where anyone could come out on top or bottom and the outcome of anything isn’t known? TV gold. The fans will flock to the new PL.

If it doesn't happen, the absolute least they'll expect is to sell their own TV rights and tightening of FFP, so the effect on competitiveness will be the same. Either way they're overstepping hugely...and they're big enough and bring in enough of the revenue of the league to get away with it.

Depends what you mean by representing their country. UEFA/FIFA absolutely can stop them from playing in World Cups or European Cups.

They can try...but can they legally do it is my question....players make money playing in the these tournaments, what if players sue UEFA for loss of earnings?....

This is all simply a ruse to pressure UEFA into the "Swiss system" Champions League format at tomorrow's meeting.

If the clubs get that - which they will - they have little reason to go their own way. UEFA will agree, the PL will agree, and it all depends now on the entry
requirements to the new 36-team CL.
