They can try...but can they legally do it is my question....players make money playing in the these tournaments, what if players sue UEFA for loss of earnings?....

The clubs are the ones choosing to take these steps. Not sure why you think the players would be suing the organisations whose rules have been broken by the clubs.

If anybody would be sued it would be the clubs themselves.

UEFA and FIFA basically have by saying teams and players cant play in Euros, WC, CL etc.

Now that they have agreed what does this mean for the Euros this year?

nothing will change for the Euros this summer. you would have nations and individuals in CAS trying to force eligibility

that boat has surely sailed now
I don't know. UEFA were clearly resistant to the idea. This now allows them to look like they were defending the interests of football while then compromising to keep the pyramid intact. Win-win and everyone played for fools.

The arrogance of the top clubs thinking they made the prem, they didn’t. If anything by the end of it they were detracting from the competition. No one wants to watch City beat Burnley 5-0 every season. Everton Leeds Villa Newcastle West Ham Leicester scrapping it out in a game of equals where anyone could come out on top or bottom and the outcome of anything isn’t known? TV gold. The fans will flock to the new PL.

Domestically, yes. But an international demand would not be there, certainly not straight away, we’d have to build that from scratch, which I’m confident we’d do.

But a Premier League with Man Utd and Liverpool is worth hundreds of millions to Everton, than it is without them sadly.

I wouldn’t mind too much, but long term, we’re lowering our product, and probably losing the stadium on the dock.

"The clubs will remain part of the domestic leagues."

Will they though?

This is the leverage. They don't have the money to satisfy their thirst without both.

when it comes down to it, it's very very hard to see a scenario where domestic leagues kick them out. Who would agree to that, no clubs in PL would and the PL themselves wont either
