Nah, it’s just me lazily assuming it was a heart attack because of CPR. Would somewhat make sense if it was something less serious given he is seemingly in much better shape now.

You're right - cause and effect. Sometimes the relationship is so hidden or complex, or humans so dumb we can't initially understand it.

So when a door closes upstairs with nobody up there and the occupant can't conceive of a differential air pressure coming about from one side of the house to another, they convince themselves it has to be a ghost.
