Yeah Tarkov and Hunt Showdown look like great games, but I just find standard fairer person shooters a bit stressful now. I may pick one up in the Steam sale later this month. I like a bit of PvE as well as PvP in my games too.

I do like PvP, but I find I’m better at the more tactical elements. Like on DayZ scouting bases and planning raids etc. But the difference with that and Squad is I can choose my team mates. We have a 4 man on DayZ and we work pretty well together considering we’re all idiots.

Cool. Tarkov is PvE and PvP though. There is both AI and human players. It’s definitely not a standard shooter, it’s very unique. You can go raids where you never seen another player and It has tons of quests/missions built into it as well which adds a bit more of a storyline element (as does scavenging for stuff to soup up your hideout).

Just watching that video there and there’s a lot more to Tarkov than I realised. I’m very interested. I may have confused it with another title.

Its very much a single player game until you hit a certain level. I don't think i've hit that level yet

I might give it a go, I get suspicious of free games though at what point do I need to spend coin to complete it or to get properly levelled up.

Only downside is that it is apparently quite short but if it’s good I don’t really care about that. Miles Morales was short and I loved that
