Computer games.

Can't be very well optimized if 3090s are struggling, the rest of us will have no chance.

Just fires up Dungeons 3 never played it before it's a nice looking game will have to spend some time on it.

I think it was mainly a memory leak (something of that nature) in the 3090 that the game exploited. Pretty sure other cards can run it. If anything it may have been a blessing in disguise (for the GPU’s that weren’t fried). All I know is I am not touching it lol

For example, on certain 3090’s the main menu ran at 1000’s of FPS or something. That isn’t normal

See DS3 with DLC costs 60 quid on PC? Not really familiar with the PC game market but is that not steep AF? Game is five years old - do quality games usually retain value like this?

I’ve discovered the wonders of CD Keys. Games at a fraction of the price on Steam.

I’m now starting to understand how everyone on PC has hundreds of games in their library.
Been on it 12/13 years helps as well to be fair haha but plenty of sales and places like cd keys it is just a cheaper way of gaming in the long run and you don't have to replace parts as often as some would have you believe unless you want too that is and can afford it. Games scale with what tech you have it's why you get specs on the games info a minimum and recommended.

I remember getting my first Gaming PC off my mate and didn't have a clue about specs(think I had an Nvidia gtx750), I found out once stuff didn't run properly, in those days it was cd roms physical copies like consoles, I joined steam in 2009 I think with Football manager 2009, i hated Steam at first as I played off line but it is brilliant now, epic has a long way to go.

Played the Back 4 Blood beta and its basically just left 4 dead with a little bit of polish, kinda underwhelming and no way worth £50. £20-25 and I’d consider picking it up to play with mates.

CM 97/98. Easily the best football game ever. Is right lad!

Oh, and Diablo 2 is probably my number one.

The hours I spent on Diablo.

I had 2 copies and 2 laptops for all the different builds and when Diablo walked the earth, my smiter would demolish him. I had a bot running 24/7 for my items. When I was in work I would leave both laptops running. I was addicted. Badly!

These days the only game I play is Apex.

Anybody know if there are any really good RPG games for the PC these days? I would happily splash out on a new PC if there was a great RPG game.

Just sit tight and wait for this to come out... warning: possibly the best cinematic trailer going.
