Computer games.

The hours I spent on Diablo.

I had 2 copies and 2 laptops for all the different builds and when Diablo walked the earth, my smiter would demolish him. I had a bot running 24/7 for my items. When I was in work I would leave both laptops running. I was addicted. Badly!

These days the only game I play is Apex.

Anybody know if there are any really good RPG games for the PC these days? I would happily splash out on a new PC if there was a great RPG game.

I'm doing a holy grail in single player these days, but it's become somewhat half-hearted now as the rarest items are so damn hard to fint. I did find Astreon's Iron Ward, though, which is like the third or fourth rarest item in the game I think.

Played the Back 4 Blood beta and its basically just left 4 dead with a little bit of polish, kinda underwhelming and no way worth £50. £20-25 and I’d consider picking it up to play with mates.
I was really happy when I saw the announcement, but from what I've read about the gameplay along with their plans for battle passes and DLCs I've lost most of that enthusiasm.

Just helping myself to Syndicate wars!!!!

Anyone remember a game called X-Com? That was available as a ware or something, anyone know if its still free?

Anyone got any recommendations for a good gaming mouse? I've been looking at the Logitech G502, but there's too many buttons for my liking. The Razer mice look good but there's a lot of bad reviews about their build quality so I'm very wary. Considering wireless but it's not essential

I have a G502 and its great. I switch to a G600 for MMOs (if you dont like a lot of buttons, dont look at it).
Logitech gaming mice are sound. Their wireless ones are apparently very good.

Yeah I've had a good look at the Logitech line up. I'm leaning towards an ergonomic as opposed to an asymmetrical mouse.

I'm quite a 'fiddly' person (hehehe) and so I'm worried I'll end up accidentally pressing the many different thumb buttons on the G502. The G703 looks like a simplified version it to an extent.

The G502 is brilliant. It is the current successor to the legendary MX518.

It doesn't have too many buttons at all. It is perfect, at least for me. When you realise how intuitive the use of the buttons are, it is close to being as perfect a mouse as you can make.

BUT, if you like a lightweight mouse, then the G502 isn't for you, even with all of the removable weights gone, it is still a chonker by todays standards (though, again, I like a heavier mouse, so another tick in the book for me).

Or just go with one of these:

X-Com Enemy Unknown (or UFO Defence, depending on the market) and Terror From the Deep (and to a lesser extent, Apocalypse). Fantastic games.

You can pick them up on Steam or Gog for cheap.
Thanks, I hadn’t even heard of gog until before. Going to have a look an them now, that’s my weekend sorted!

I'm not sure what kind of mouse is my preference as I don't have much experience of them, but I don't feel a super light mouse is neccessary. I bought a Steelseries Rival 3 as it was well reviewed, and whilst it's a good mouse it's significantly smaller than what would be comfortable for me. My hands aren't particularly big, but only my fingers make contact with the mouse. I'm leaning towards getting the G502 Lightspeed, partly because of the quality issues with Razer products.
