Still figuring stuff out so continuously restarting lol Got going on what i thought was a great little farm but never seemed to see any mobs and I wondered why, turns out it was on peaceful, I felt I'd cheated so restarted.
This new one is right on the edge of jungle and terracotta mountains so far so good. I have only found diamonds once in all my mining adventures, 3 but it was on the peaceful campaign so have been deleted lol
The mountain directly behind my new house(just done my first proper roof) is hollow and I can see loads of gold and ores so could be adventuring in there at last. just struggling to find sheep, got a hay farm and cow farm so far but having to terraform as i go lol
Even the manager part of the standard f1 22 game has surprised me with the level of stuff you can do.
I think f1 manager 2022 is going to be epic but if you have no clue with F1 just don’t bother with it. Looks like they are aiming it at the f1 fan and it could be brilliant. I’m made up with f122 so think f1 manager will be amazing based on that.

Sounds like you got the right location eventually. Great to have a huge cave near you. Just be careful! It will be a mob haven. I normally just start walking until I find somewhere I like… which normally means a village. Sheep pal. Wool is the most important drop in the game!

Yeah, I like to explore before setting up a home, a village is always welcome. I always try and get a bed at least though. I have one sheep, waiting on another, plenty of cows for food though. Also seems to be a few pandas and parrots around but I don't know how to tame them lol

struggle to find time for 40-hour RPG's but finally checked out the Final Fantasy VII Remake on my criminally-underused PS4. The original is my favourite game of all time, just magical all over.
First hour so far...some goosepimps at the faithful music renditions! Combat's a bit confusing, playing on Normal. Managed to defeat the first boss but didn't feel quite in charge (yet).

Got it on japanese voices....american accents just don't suit these characters, and having to read the dialogue seems a nice callback to the original. Barrett's angry humour lands better in japanese too, i reckon.

meh...done the first 4 chapters now, about 6-7 hours. Some interesting bits but it's more boring and cringe than anything else. The girls are all someone's Manic Pixie Dream, and there's not much going on story-wise. Add the relentless dull metal look of Midgar to the mix...combat is decent now i've got the hang of it, but without a compelling adventure i'm not arsed enough.
Might try FFXII or Lost Odyssey to scratch that jRPG itch.

Just downloading Stray. Been intrigued by it since it was revealed and it finally released this morning. Been getting really good reviews and is free if you have PS+ Extra or Premium.

It’s their attempt at Game Pass. Think they’ve sacked off PS Now and made PS+ three tiered. It’s a great deal for people that are new to PlayStation as there are loads of amazing games on there. If you’ve played most of the PS exclusives over the years not so much. But the base level I believe is the same as it ever was price wise so up to the individual to decide
Oh, and Stray is great by the way. And I don’t even like cats.
