Cheers. I've just ordered the Arctis 7+.

They seemed the best all round. I've got a Steelseries mouse and it's been great for almost 2 years with no issues, so they seem a respectable brand form a durability point of view.

Can't wait to try them out. I've never gamed with headphones so I'm pretty excited.

Wowzers. So many games need directional hearing or I'd go crazy no being able to find things or hear enemies approaching

Tell me about it. I love DayZ but high pop servers on my own just aren't an option. I always get rinsed as I can't place shots etc.

I damaged my hearing badly a few years ago and I am sensitive to sounds of certain frequencies, so I've avoided all types of headphones. It's got a lot better recently, though.

I have been using a wireless Arctis 7 for about 5 years now and it is the best headset i have ever had. Wouldn't use anything else. Just perfect for everything including maintenance. I use a steelSeries keyboard and mouse too and everything ties perfectly into the steelseries gg control centre which gives you full control of every single aspect of customisation. Dream set up for me tbh.

Yeah that’s sort of what I’m thinking now. I don’t need the absolute best of the best, and I don’t get to play that much at the moment so convenience and ease of use are important.

Their software is brilliant. I had a Logitech mouse prior to this and their software in comparison is awful. I also like the look of sonar. I use Voicemeeter to equalise and limit some louder sounds, and it’s a great bit of software, but I always have to reconfigure it after Windows updates etc, which I can never remember how to do without watching the same extremely annoying YouTube tutorial.

Sonar is absolutely fantastic. I have different sound, mouse and keyboard set ups for all sorts of different games, movies, general stuff etc. You can get everything to exactly as you like it and it is simple and fast to do. Best part of the software and it gets regular useful updates.
 

Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase/download an older version of Football Manager 2016 onwards? Not really wanting the latest, so if an older version is going cheaper, works for me.
 
Final Fantasy 16 has been excellent so far (only early in). First game in the series I’ve really gotten into, largely helped by the heavy gameplay nods to DMC

Not really up-to-date when it comes to keysellers, so can't really recommend a specific site. Also FM 23 is 50% off on steam/epic/windows store etc as well.
