Gbamin; his own agent saying he wants to move back to Germany...we can be confident the agent is trying to get him a move.

Gomes: Links to Middle East as well.

Maupay: They bid for him last year. There are quotes from the DOF saying hes someone that they have an interest in + strong links from Jan.

Holgate: Multiple links over 24months

Gray: Everywhere
Yeah, but who is being linked to Iwobi?

Sounds a bit sinister!

Not one of them will be sold for money.

Here is the initial post.

Here is my response...ive bolded for you the part about Iwobi.

-- in plain English, i have also stated that the "priority needs to be selling those whose contracts are expiring in the next two summers" this is (off the top of my head) 19 players.

Here is your response -- which anyone understanding basic English would be related to the 19 players...as it is such a generalised comment and does not specifically refer to any individual player.

Ergo, you are referring in a generalised comment that "there cant be buyers found for any of the 19 players".

Here is my reply. As it is widely known that there are multiple enquiries for players -- the most commonly known to be Gray and Holgate...while the agents of Gomes and Gbamin are known to be pushing their names to clubs.

Once again, no mention of Iwobi.

Here is you asking me to "prove" information widely available on the internet....again no mention of Iwobi (aside from that in your head).

Here is you once again (after multiple tangents about Iwobi) back to Iwobi.

A player I never said was linked to or in talks with other clubs.

I sincerely hope that this is a lesson to you on how you need to improve your English.

Wishing you the best of luck.
Oh dear.

Losing 11 players from a 25 player squad isnt really a positive for a club we assume has very little to spend on replacements.

IMO.

But we shall see how we do that in 12months time.

Exactly it's way to much for a small squad with no money for replacements. It's a disaster lets be honest.

It means we need to be proactive this summer but so far only a loan and a 1 year contract for a 38 year old who will both be out of contract next summer!

Depends if you see this as you say or as an opportunity.

The likes of Holgate and Keane are probably taking £150k ish a week. Meanwhile Spurs are signing England youth defenders for £2mil and Juventus have Belgian u21s rumoured to be available at £7.5mil.

I'm onside regards the cliff edge we face in under 12 months - extending deals is prolonging the pain, those not up to it currently don't need keeping on further.

Who are these £2mil defenders spurs have picked up and what separates them from former players like Kyle Naughton? for instance.
What craziness is this about anyone going cap in hand to Juve of all entities for favours for players?

There is a ton of work to do on the first eleven now.

£2mil defender

Tottenham Hotspur have signed England Under-19 centre-back Ashley Phillips from Blackburn Rovers.
The 18-year-old, who played eight times for Rovers in the Championship last season, has signed a five-year deal.
He joined Blackburn aged 12 in 2017 and progressed through the academy before making his first-team debut in 2022.
Tottenham activated his £2m release clause and the defender becomes their sixth summer signing under new manager Ange Postecoglou.

Not sure what you mean by "going cap in hand" to Juventus. Its quite well publicised they have financial issues and the media have stated Samuel Iling-Junior and Koni De Winter (both linked to us) would be available.

Its just sensible business imo to spend the rumoured fees (in these examples, of which there will be more) in the knowledge that over the next two seasons they can be ready to step in ahead of those falling by the wayside.

It's not knowledge or certainty though, is it? More a plan that may or may not come to fruition.

There's no guarantee with any signing, certainly not the youngsters.

But it is sensible to buy younger players and try to develop/ prepare them.

Our immediate challenge is we have turbo-donkeys and the mega injury prone adorning our squad now. So arguably we need a dual track approach of bringing in prospects and first team ready players.

I do get the strong whiff of you having been on SoFifa and got a bit of a chubby over the Juve players potential...

It's not sensible business to spend money that you don't have , that just gets you further into the mire

Depends how the deals are structured and of course we'd be able to cover them from numerous saved wages...soon.
