They're professional footballers... You don't become one unless you are a very good player despite what some people think.
Yeah but at this level, everyone else in the league has turned them over. It's not asking too much for us to do so, as well.
Obviously a team of amateurs couldn't beat them but in the same way, I'd mop up in a league for disabled children.

I think Jags scored one fairly recently but don't recall how or when.
Fellaini scored the winner against Man Utd in last seasons opener and Distin scored at Anfield earlier this year.
Wasn't given but he did score. Can't think of any others off the top of me head.

Having seen the highlights Palace got a lot of men back and put their bodies on the line. There was very little space to create very much. We didn't look especially leaden from what I saw. If we could have made the breakthrough it could have been a very different game.

Lots of players on poor form at the moment and when that happens, you get results like what we've seen the past few weeks. Just not enough players able to cover the ones that have been below their usual standards.
Regardless of our form, our record against Liverpool has been poor over the past several seasons so wasn't expecting much against them to begin with.
That said, we will need to pick it up in that match or it could get ugly.

I am changing some of my prediction league scores...a lot more 0-0 scores going in (vs Stoke is nailed on). Our squad looks disinterested which given they are on a fortune/week is extraordinary. But this is Everton. We will probably smash Liverpool in the derby..
