Météo France prévision for Haute Savoie, Tuesday evening, partly cloudy 28 to 30 deg.
Wet road vs Dry roads, and incoming fronts with gales. It is recent memory where le tour had the last 10k binned on a stage because of hail and snow that seemed to blanket a descent in 20 odd minutes.

Vin and Pog will start 2 minutes apart. Unless one gets struck by lightning I reckon they'll see the same weather.

Both also have to wear a ropey skinsuit - the official TdF yellow and white ones.

French weather is mad. I was in Avignon once, was enjoying a stroll around the Rocher and looked up to see the clouds boiling. Thirty minutes later it rained so hard that a car under a drainpipe had its roof damaged because of the force of the water hitting it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Vingegaard doesn't have a bit more left.
I have to admit I thought Pogacar would have broken Vingegaard in the mountain stages - and his team mates set him up to do that. Vingegaard has done just enough to limit damages. It's been an impressively level headed week of riding from the Dane.
