Biscuit-arsed idea from the government to consult on the idea of 500W e-bikes. This would also legalise a throttle on an ebike - blurring the lines further between an ebike and an e-motorbike (requiring license, MOT etc).

I don't have an ebike, but I understand the biggest issue for them on the road is the 25kph assist cut-out can get very aggravating if you're riding around that speed (which isn't that fast on the open road).

My favourite race of the year as it's the start of the best part of the season, from now until the Giro.
MSR is a bit like Dazed & Confused. A long old preamble before it goes a bit berserk. That release of tension is good in large part because there was plenty of time for the tension to build up.
I thought Pidcock had that.

It did look ripe for an unheralded name to go and the group struggle to coordinate a chase, but then MvdP sacrificed his own chances for Phillipsen, which clearly worked perfectly, but did for Pidcock.
