Same plan as the original engineering plan that was leaked. Didn’t look too exciting at the time but when you see it in greater detail and when compared to other grounds it looks amazing.

Nice one Dan!

I wasn't a fan of the shape from the original plans and I'm not impressed by design of the east stand but the rest of the stands I am happy with and the comparisons with other stadiums is pretty mind blowing. It probably means we will have the least leg room of any new build but looks like it will be worth it to have the fans as close to the pitch as possible.

You got me on that. That original "leaked" pic didn't seem too overwhelming but now we see more it's coming to life.

Still cant believe they aint gonna stick a roof on it like, we get about 4 home games all season when it isnt raining.
* sets up stall selling Everton umbrellas .

Umbrellas? In a stadium? You'd sooner get a howitzer into an American stadium than you would an umbrella.

Man up and get in the bleachers.

I'm certainly very much for having the away fans stuck in a corner, that's for sure.

Now if the outside of the stadium can be a impressive ad these designs it'll be exciting. Anything 50,000 plus with room for easy expansion is fine by me.

Never thought of that . Get a group of fellas to bring their own seats . Don't need to build a stadium , and the money can be spent on players

Legroom is 80cm that's loads, should tighten that up behind the goal where most fans will be standing anyway.

Nb it says average 80cm so perhaps it is tighter behind the goal

I love the idea of having our own answer to Borussia Dortmund's "Yellow Wall".

If the South Stand does hold 12,000 as these plans suggest that it will then it'll be almost as big as the Kop at the pit.

It looks from that pic that they are going to retain a channel so ships can go between Sandon Half Tide Dock and Nelson Dock.

There needs to be a waterway between the docks for the docks to work properly. Otherwise you could end up with different water levels across the docks, which isn't ideal.
