Also, on the north stand render in between the 2 tiers where it mentions this will be used for wheelchair users - it looks like the staircases leading up to the upper tier are done in the Leitch Cross design and would be visible from the opposite side of the stand.

Or maybe I'm just seeing things lol

I love the idea of having our own answer to Borussia Dortmund's "Yellow Wall".

If the South Stand does hold 12,000 as these plans suggest that it will then it'll be almost as big as the Kop at the pit.
Indeed.. but we need at least 15000 IMHO .
Spurs 'home end' will be at least 17000 but I suspect they will have a larger capacity

Mr Meis said our South Stand will hold between 12,000 and 15,000.

I think Mr Moshiri is ambitious enough to go for 15,000.

We don't want to compete with the pit; we want to compete with the best stadia in the country.

There looks to be about 60 rows of seats, if done exact. That's a good amount. Liverpool is 76 rows, so I reckon 12-15000 includes the corners.

It's easy to think let's go for more than 76 but some reds say that 76 rows is too many for normal matches, the noise created at the back is that bit too far away to carry forward. So I'm happy with our size.

Exactly. Spurs’ main stand is going to be 17k. Isn’t the Holte End bigger than the Kop?

From what the key principles said:
  • The Main Stand will showcase our commitment to quality, professionalism and delivering the warmest welcome. Whilst it will be modern, luxurious and imposing, it will retain its identity as a ‘football stand’ and an ‘Everton stand’. It will offer internal views of the pitch and external views of Liverpool Waters, the City and the River Mersey.

So I think that means...

West stand = Main stand inc hospitality, corporate car park behind it and views across water from within the hospitality areas inside the stand
East stand = away fans at the north end, main fan zone running alongside it
South Stand = Single tier stand
North stand = Dinky stand with HUGE screen

The smaller stand with the screen makes me think even more the outside will be a sort of a curve / wave shape. Similar to the Aviva stadium.

Or at least the side next to the water will be.
