David Moyes - Taking a knife to a gunfight at West Ham, Part 2

I wouldnt say that, they're both playing us soon !!

Has to be remembered that Bournemouth have a quite shocking negative goal difference too which is worth a point to West Ham (and Villa).

Goal difference

West Ham -19
Aston Villa -22
Bournemouth -27

If Bournemouth lose to Leicester, Manchester City and Southampton they could probably beat us 0-4 and still say "hello" to the Championship.

Fair play to him, a month ago I was convinced they were down. It will be interesting to see what he can do with them when given a transfer window and then a full season. His target should be to just get them over 40 points, stability and slow building is what they need. Why do I get the feeling though that dildo brothers will sack him as soon as the first opportunity arises?

I really respected Moyes with us. Then when he went to United I felt totally indifferent. But I really really wanted West ham to go down

That's probably what a lot of non-Evertonians have said about us in the past and it really got our backs up. Still true about West Ham though.

I still don't resent him taking the opportunity at Utd. Was the biggest job in the game at that point and his predecessor had it for over 20 years.

It's the fact that his contract had ran down and we got zero in return.

Few years later we get a manager in 6 months after he's been sack and we still end up paying compo.
