I’ve never hated an Everton manager as much as I hated him

It evolved into dislike for me actually.
When he started he was on the pitch warming the players up, doing drills etc.
Then we made him a very rich man for stabilising what was actually a classy enough team.. Baines Pienaar etc..
And he made a deal behind our backs to join United when absolutely no need to as we would all have accepted him joining them, and, to cap it off bid buttons for Baines and Fellaini.
Utter phoney gobshite.

And thats before I mention ( again, as it's wound me up for years ) that cringey send off we gave him.

Honestly, I read the story on the BBC at lunchtime, choked on my sandwich laughing, and thought "christ knows how Davek will respond".

I said a fortnight agio that if he became our manager again we'd have to reluctantly accept it and get on with it. If I knew then that Ancelotti was in talks I'd never have said it!

He wouldn't accept less than a three-year deal with us, but only a few weeks later took an eighteen-month one with West Ham. Loves Everton doesn't he...

You've just been appointed the manager of a club and instead of talking about the club, it's values (errrr...) and positives, you mostly talk about yourself - k'in 'ell.

Talk about adhering yourself to the fan base through showing humility and respect. If they go on a bad run under him, the fans will go full throttle at him!

We won at Chelsea in the FA Cup on penalties back in 2011 (ironically against Ancelotti!). That remains Moyes only win at Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal or Chelsea in his entire managerial career.

To be fair though, Everton have only won once on any of those grounds since Moyes left us.

Noticed this trend last couple appointments.. and especially last time he joined West ham. To me comes from feeling like he needs to justify why him... like everyone has forgotten what he has achieved... shows a lack of self confidence to me..
