Making the leap is difficult. Most teams that spend new money fall in the trap. You buy talented players for big sums and maybe they dont buy into the work ethic. All of sudden the togetherness disappears and everyone starts to wane.
European footballer is a killer too if you don’t have the squad to cope with the extra games.
