That squad of players got 48 points last season, if anyone for a single second thinks they’re so good that they got this total despite being undercoached then they need their head checking.

I can well imagine Young Tarkowski Branthwaite and Mykolenko forming the 4th best defence in the league just by chatting amongs themselves. After all, look at all the pace and technique they have.

A team that works on nothing but defensive shape and set-pieces is under-coached.

Nobody would bat an eyelid at seeing this written about Pulis or Bruce, and Dyche is no different than the likes of them.

Dyche is nothing to do with Everton any more Dave. There is really no need for you to defend him any more mate. He is history and left us in a relegation battle so honestly who cares about him. All that matters now is getting us out of this mess preferably without reminiscing about the person who put us in it. We have Moyes now and he needs new players and our support regardless.

Not really sure what you mean here. “Dithering Dave,” was a name born out of transfer dealings.

Tactically, one thing Moyes did was adapt. He was always a reactive manager who looked for solutions, and I don’t see why that wouldn’t still be the case.
