The bitterness is strong in this one.

Moyes has been given a £36m contract to manage the world's biggest football team. And you've been convinced he is rubbish for years. That has to be humiliating for you?

Debateably the worlds biggest football team.

They have also had Ron Atkinson as manager, the club he is at is irrelevent.

I dont think he is crap by the way, just saying its not as cut and dry and saying he must be a good manager as he is at a big club. Time will tell.

Bloody hell guys- his contract ends next week- he doesnt take up his position until 3rd July.
Then why are SSN showing pictures of him driving into Carrington this morning? Mr.Elephant...how does suggesting that BK could be complicit in all this make him my 'hero'? Anyone but a six year old child would know that cronyism is rife in football, and that the media passes mostly complete bollocks on to the fans, and fans on forums should continually point this out.
Timak......why on earth would Moyes leaving to go anywhere be 'humiliating' for me? I have consistently said from day one of Moyes' tenure at Everton that he did not possess the tactical know how, man management skills, or ability to take us to the top. It took just a little while longer to realise that he didn't have the bottle either. I don't think I've been proved wrong, have I ?

Moyes didnt know months ago he would be at Utd this season. Ferguson would never have left if they hadnt won the title (was only clinched a few weeks ago) Anyway, even if Moyes had a good idea about it , i dont remember him saying once that he would be managing Everton next season and he was out of contract anyway. Good luck to him.

Embarrasing old tosh as usual from yourself Steve. Moyes 'didnt have the skills to take us to the top'. He's a football manager mate, not a magician. He took us as far (in the league) as any manager could have done with the resources at his disposal.

Wow. Alex Ferguson thinks he does, Steve Wigan thinks he doesn't. It is a tough choice who to believe.

Ferguson has been all over the media saying, quote ;'I decided last Christmas I would retire at the end of the season'. Moyes was appointed literally within 24 hours or so of Fergies announcement.

Moyes saying he was surprised that they asked him was a complete p**s take.

In my OPINION Moyes will fail at United. In Sir Alexs opinion he thinks he's made a good choice. Man Utd supporters aren't sure. Many Everton supporters were very unhappy with David Moyes, and feel that a change is needed. In my opinion Moyes was wrong to keep giving Jelavic and Heitinger game time. So on your reckoning, was David Moyes right and about 30,000 Evertonians wrong?

For those asking David Moyes sought, and received, full permission from Everton to go Man Utd's Carrington HQ today. #bbcfootball

This is turning into Kipper ! Its an OPINION, MACCA.....just like your OPINION. Lots agree with me, and lots agree with you! Happy days !!

The seasons over, get a grip.
He can do what he wants, i dont really care anymore. Rather focus on whos going to be our next manager than worry about Moyes going to get settled in his new job.
