Thought I would start a thread with the decisions that go against us and people can add to it as the season goes on if you like

Fulham (H) Keane disallowed goal
Villa (A) Pickford penalty decision considering the Man Utd keeper nearly knocked his opponent out for something similar 5 days before
Wolves (H) We had a very marginal offside goal that would of surely been given at Anfield or Old Trafford by VAR
Doncaster (cup) Doncaster goal offside
Sheff Utd (A) Danjuma free kick instead of a penalty

It's the same every season isn't it? Referees seem to have some aversion towards us.

I will say it- it LOOKS like the officials are piling on some very questionable decisions to place us into the dirt as far as possible- for what purpose idk. Once we’ve gone as far as we can go they will start to give us all of these decisions that we shouldn’t have gotten and all of a sudden we climb a bit. I don’t trust officiating while sports betting and the infamous “buddy system” exists in English footy.

You what I found mad and not seen it mentioned anywhere.

The corner leading up to our goal yesterday, betos shot was blocked by the defenders elbow and should have been a pen for me.

I have friends who support Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham and they complain every week about the decisions that go against their teams but of course, most of those go on and win the games anyway.

We just whinge.

There was a proper weird situation yesterday, not sure how it was covered on TV. When we got the free kick for the foul on Danjuma on the edge of the box, the ref measured 10 yards, sprayed the line, but the Sheff U players stood about a foot in front of it. Young noticed, called the ref over, who instead of telling the Sheff U players to move back, sprayed ANOTHER totally different line about half a yard closer to the ball than his original one. Young was going mental, and the ref just walked off. Was utterly bizarre.

I'm 90% certain that the second line was to keep Young 1 metre away from the Sheffield United wall.

Stuff this season, I'm still receiving counselling from the Clive Thomas incident.

MIne was neil midgley and the pat nevin no pen in the cup at liverpool. I was in the away end and saw the most blatant pen you will ever see in your life. Then to compound the piss take he started booking Everton players.
Made you just want to give up.

I think you may be right mate, as you see part of the this in the “On the Road” video EFC just released on YT.

But what the clip doesn’t show is the Sheff U players still moved forward to stand on the new line . THEN the ref made Young move away from the wall after they moved forward.

Haven't seen the clip but I'm sure I heard Mike Dean on sky say his elbow was in line with his body so wouldn't have been a pen anyway.

There's no conspiracy, we're just crap. Decisions go against us, unfairly sometimes, but it's just bad luck. We're not important enough to be the victims of a conspiracy.
