I would. We need someone who can do something with the ball at his feet. Or can see a forward pass. He's not going to offer anything defensively but neither is anyone else at the moment. if we can stop conceding goals the least we need to start doing is scoring goals.

It would be good if he at least got game time off the bench tomorrow. Maybe Lampard planned to use him late on against West Ham, but with VDB getting injured and Keane getting carded any game plan definitely got disrupted. Speculation on my part, of course, no one really knows.
There's something not right. VDB dropping out pre match on Sunday and Deli still not getting a game was a shock.

Got to be more to this than meets the eye, surely. Unless it's cost effective not to play him in the long run.

He's not a central midfielder. It's like saying why didn't we put Richy in to play DVBs position. Holgate is the only makeshift defensive player who has played there before. Gomes, Onyango, Allan (suspended), Davies all injured. Now DVB. We have 1 midfider in Doucoure really.
Alli can only play off a striker or on the left of at attacking 3. He does zero in our own half and plays all his football in the opposition half.
That hasn't changed since he was this golden boy of English football. His last 3 managers saw him as a limited luxury player.
