The tweets gone lol

Sorry mate, when you said gone I thought you meant Dele had left and then the tweet had been removed.

We'll never know what the tweet said, but I like to think deep down the tweet wanted tk heal the world, make it a better place for you and for me and the entire human race. There are people dying, but if you care enough for the living, make it a better place for you and for me.

So you think as a club already crumbling to pieces can afford to just go and give Spurs £10 million because of what Dele has had to deal with.

Spurs don't deserve anything from us just cos of this ordeal.

We still have Dele for another season anyway, and what he needs is our help in any way we can to get him through this.
so we need to do this in his best interests, and in the right way. Which has absolutely nothing to do with paying off spurs, that won't help anybody but spurs...
I think you need to re-read my post mate, because I certainly didn't say he should get 26 more games 'because of what he's been through'...

I clearly said we've got 7 (corrected to 6, fair enough) games to see what he's got to offer, based on what Dyche sees in training and 6 games, those are in effect a freebie.

I also said these free games should be enough to decide if a further 19 games out of him at a good standard would be worth a 10m payment.

If he plays 26 games this season at a transfer fee of £10m and has a significant impact on keeping us up... Definitely worth it.

Financially, nobody here knows exactly what we can spend, but 10m these days doesn't get you Premier League class, indeed, Leeds want 20m for a one season 'somewhat' wonder in Gnonto.
