Be a huge boost if Gray is back for the weekend. He and Gordon like playing together. Get them both on the pitch at the same time and we'll score goals.

Its weird hes only got 2 assists, Doucoure 4 and Richarlison with 3.

Gray has slotted a handful of course but the amount of times Richarlison (in particular) has been well placed and ignored is comical.

Agree though, we need Gray and Gordon on the pitch together.

Then we also need them to feed the other players.

Looks so rusty atm

He'll come good though, been fine this season
Or is he now showing his usual form, that made him a bench player at Leicester. Marc Allbrighton was in the team ahead of him.

And he’s basically just had 10 good games for us before Christmas.

Thought he was poor last night, in constantly trying to take players on, when he should have passed

He was poor last night, however I have confidence that he'll turn it around. While I doubt if he'll ever be consistent, he's shown he can impact games.

If he can get his confidence back, I believe he'll remain a stater.

Problem was because he didn't have a LB behind him he was picking the ball up too deep.

Effort was there just needs a few games to get going. Will continue to be a big player for us
So was it the left backs fault he kept loosing the ball trying to dribble past 3 Newcastle players every time.

He was rubbish, stop blaming other players for his failings

Marc Albrighton was superb. You say it like a rubbish player was ahead of him.

Think he was trying too hard to do it all himself again and still isn’t fully fit.

We’ve seen from moments like his last minute Arsenal winner that he’s capable of doing it all himself and when Richarlison and Gordon aren't prolific you can understand why he tried too hard at times in both the last two games.

All our forwards will benefit massively from that win, look at Newcastle yesterday - their players are worse than ours imo but they were playing with confidence because they look safe if the league. Those players apart from a couple signings were are clueless first half of the season.

I am not blaming others. I am saying the reason he was finding himself so deep and then having to run down dead alleyways.

We go again, Gray included

I just think he’s not quite fit, I thought he might of been subbed earlier considering we looked to go a bit more direct.
