Lack of fitness and being marked out of the game last night. 3 players swarming him every time he was on the ball. Felt bad for him but he didn't impact the game positively for us once and that us down to how much Newcastle committed to stopping him. We should have exploited the space that left us better but it was scrappy the first half.
He needs to work harder out of possession. He was noticeable because he was the one not pressing at times.

Get him out of the team. He doesn't look interested in working hard. I thought he was dreadful the other night and today was as bad, if not worse.
Nope it's very simple. He doesn't put in the effort off the ball. He's not helping the team and not doing his job.
