Ings - 29, and for £30m is overpriced, personally I feel that Watkins is just as good a player. Ings has injuries issues in the past too.
Bailey - probably the only one who will come close to Grealish, but will that weight of expectancy hamper him? Will he adapt?
Seen it time, and time again where sides lose their key player and don't replace him (Everton for example), and I just don't think you replace someone of Grealish quality. So Young, Ings and Bailey or Grealish, i'm choosing Grealish.

£100m is great money, and Bailey is the clear standout buy.
But if he doesn't get going, which could easily happen, you're just not the same outfit. Same with Lukaku, I didn't want him gone, because he was a guarantee to get you 20 goals, and that's practically invaluable, In grealish they know what they've got. Great for us, but on a whole, not what i'd do.
Buendia is a great player and Baile6 is full of potential. I think they have managed it better, more akin to when Rooney left and we got Cahil.
