Moshiri needs to seriously throw silly Money about to attract someone high profile.

I suspect that Moshunov realises this, and is prepared for the fight. He certainly has the backing. I don't believe the 'project' is out of first gear yet,there is a lot more to come.

Not about money, if it was we would already have Witsel, Mata, Koulibaly, van Dijk, Cavani and Giroud.

Well maybe not all of them as if we got one in that plays in the same position we wouldn't have gone for the other.

They want to see that the wheels can move before people board the Everton train. Very difficult when there are 3 teams in the league that have almost unlimited spending and then you have prestige teams like Arsenal and Liverpool and a very good Spurs side that is in the CL. If you were a top player you would be angling a move to one of those before considering Everton. That is our problem.

The overwhelming evidence from the Summer transfer window suggests that this might not be completely true.
