Mental health and its struggles are real. It messes with your mind and you find yourself saying and doing things you can’t believe while a voice in your head is saying that’s not me and I’m sorry. Keep working on yourself through meds and counseling. Relationships will improve. Don’t be hard on yourself. You can’t change the past and it only keeps you stuck. Let it go and continually improve yourself and ease your mind. You’re on a good path now, mate 💙.
