Did my bit volunteering, and almost died because of it!!! I know there's safer options of course, but the small amount of work I'm doing is keeping me on my toes!

Glad I didn't pay for this one on Everton TV then. Despite the game, I hope the day generally was better than you feared and you managed to get through it a bit easier than the trip to the vets.

sorry to say it wasn't any better, it was an ordeal and I think that was that last ever Everton game I have watched.

The single biggest killer of men aged under 45 is suicide. In 2014, 4623 men took their own life. That's 12 men every 2 hours! 41% of men who contemplated suicide, felt they couldn't talk about their feelings.

Only 20% of the U.K. know that suicide is the most likely cause of death for men under 45.

sorry to say it wasn't any better, it was an ordeal and I think that was that last ever Everton game I have watched.

That's not great, will need to get yourself an unlocked tv stick and watch the games from home.
