DCL has an average of one PL goal or assist every 177 minutes, in 17/18 every 170 minutes.
Rashford? 18/19 = 169 mins, 17/18 = 150 mins.
Zaha? 18/19 = 198 mins, 182 mins.

To compare:
Richarlison 18/19 = 133 mins, 17/18 = 283 mins.
Tosun 18/19 = 130 mins, 17/18 = 198 mins.
Niasse 18/19 = nothing, 17/18 = 98 mins.
Firmino 18/19 = 202 mins, 17/18 = 126 mins.
Kane 18/19 = 146 mins, 17/18 = 93 mins.
Lukaku 18/19 = 178 mins, 17/18 = 125 mins.

For his age, DCL is doing pretty well. Richarlison and Tosun also have pretty nice numbers. Niasse's last season was something unbelievable.

It was pretty much down to Niasse being the perfect impact sub and not playing much otherwise

Why would you focus on a strikers passing range? His touch is fine.

But I agree he can't tackle so he will never make it as a striker, best to terminate his contract right away.

The lad has got pace and power. He just needs to work on his finishing, and the other thing he needs to work on big style, is to look up now and again instead of just going for goal all the time.

We got them in the Goodison derby last season. We had a few in the FA cup tie at Anfield too. This team is better so why not. They have a good defence and a good attack and a good tactical set up but even average teams like Brighton Fulham Leicester Red Star Cardiff have all had chances against them, no reason why we can’t, they are not the invincible force people make them out to be.

I agree.When they're attack and pressing overwhelms the opposition they do well, but if the other team is aggressive and pushy then there's every chance. VVD and Lovren or Gomez are not yet a settled pair. Robertson and Trent Arnold are better attackers than defenders, I think, but haven't watched them that much.

Kane was garbage until 22-23, no reason why DCL can't become much better than he is right now.

On the other hand, Rooney and Barkley did not improve beyond 18.

Not true, Kane scored 3 games in a row decembar 2014 and the exploded against premier league favourite Chelsea with 2 goals and absolutley killed with passes, skill and ended soldado tenure in england.. I watched the game on holliday in Budapest in a bar when I was pretending to listen to my wife and her Hungarian friends. He was younger then DCL now

Kane was awful at all his loan spells before hitting it off at Spurs eventually.

Nobody knows if he’ll get anywhere near Kane’s levels.

December 2014 would be the 14/15 season mate and he did explode in December and subsequently in January against Chelsea.

Lets put the comparisons to bed and see how he develops over the next couple of seasons as his own player.

Getting into the side is only going to get tougher and we want kids who can step up when they’re asked to.
