Given the fuss being made of Marcus Rashford at the moment, I thought it's perhaps worth noting that he's averaged a goal every 221 minutes for a Man Utd team that have averaged 2 points per game for him. DCL has scored a goal every 242 minutes for a team averaging 1.29 points per game. He's not doing bad in a faltering team to be fair to him.

rashford is boss though to be fair, brings a lot more to the team than goals
 

Potential to be boss.

Not a week in, week out starter.

Reminds me a little of Anichebe when he comes on as a sub, strong, powerful and a right handful.

He just has more in his locker for me, but needed to show it now. He’s shown he can score, be a handful and the rest, just needs to be consistent and show it for 90 minutes.

He’s shown he has good technique, power, pace, positioning and can finish. Just needs to put it all together and concentrate on it for 90 minutes rather than these moments of sloppy play with bad touches or poor finishing.

Also perhaps worth considering that when DCL has been played through the middle as either a striker or second striker, he averages practically 1 in 3, which is pretty respectable. Indeed, as a striker, their goals and assists per game are very similar, but Rashford has played in a much more successful side.

Or you could use your eyes and it would tell you rashford is an infinitely better player
 
I like DCL and think he has great potential, have to agree Rashford is better but I don't really care because he doesn't play for us. Dom gets a lot of unfair stick when the reality is, for his age in his position, he's more than fine but he has to keep improving. All the young lads I feel a bit sorry for because they are a decent bunch and we've been utter dog dirt for 3 years.
