Talk us through those sitters one header in the 2nd half if you look the cross came over & I think the defender in front of him may have just touched it with his head as it hit DCL in the face ... plus the over ones over his shoulder if he had netted one of them he would be definitely leaving for a much bigger club at the end of the season ....
In the last two weeks I have seen Harry Kane miss easier sitters as you call them ......
other than that 2nd header, he was played in to 1v1 situations with gks only for his first touch to completely mishandle the ball. but they would've been sitters if he actually managed to control the ball.
He did not control the ball he lost control on a very windy night only his speed got him there he did not get any shots in on the incidents you refer to....
Just tell me what his co striker did that night ?
I would not slate him as the team were rubbish all over the park OK......
But he didn’t control the ball , therefore they weren’t sitters
unfortunately.
All I'm saying is that his inability to show composure in such moments is what separates him from being an actual top striker. It's hardly slating the guy.
A guy who without pens is a top scorer in the prem - you don't want much for a 500 thousand investment do you.... plus he scored in that game FGS !!!!!

He's got a point Joey, a top striker gets us at least a point against Burnley, DCL is a good player, his finishing has really improved just needs the composure to go with it now
I'm not. I'm saying he has a lot of space to improve. Or that we need a striker to complement Dom as a poacher (hopefully Richy becomes more reliable).

he is only young cost us very little - I was fuming over the teams' performance & Carlo's tactics TBH .... not one player ....
it's a would have only cause of his current lack of ability in that department.
