Okay Man but I do not go searching through umpteen previous pages.

As for DCL as i commented apart from the goal last night did he do anything else in that game of note?

Would you innclude Young, Vernon, Pickering, Latchford, Sharpe, jus to name a few in that grouping?

I've answered that as well. I said he scored one, missed a few and could do better with his shooting but at the same time we need to improve the service.

There is the rub, clearly chances were created but not converted. Now would you class them as chances that should not have been missed or unlucky?

The divi9ng header was really unlucky, his long range shot was pathetic. I always back him to score in the box but not outside of the box but Richy and Gylfi are decent shooters and they're not doing it either because everything comes down the left wing.

No I agree in fact at least six teams were top teams - on our pomp our strikers were idolised no more than the GV , but Vernon was a far better striker imo .....but goals came from all over the park from us .....a different era .......a workingmans game too......
DCL is not the finished article by no means, but our engine room needs to improve 100 percent......plus for a great winger.......

DCL is good though, just want some proper competition for him next season so we're no so reliant on his goals.

it does my head in when they make up true fake stats... like saying digne is our highest ever scoring blonde haired French lb in our history .
