2021/22 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

LW: Richy / Gordon
ST: DCL / Rondon

If we have to sell one there’s only one logical answer really.
Why we’d all Iove to keep Richy, I do think Gordon is better on the left abd I know he’s not at richarlison’s level, but he’s the future for tte next 2 yrs at least. And richarlison’s fee could buy us 2 quality players for the right and in midfield

Yeah, I'm sure most here would prefer to have that wet blanket over Mitrovic now.
Nearing 28 and now arguably the finished article, 3 seasons and would need replacing. When Mitrovic was Doms age was being packed off back to Belgium after indifference at Newcastle, Fulham took a punt on him, incidentally near the same age Dom is now.

There's no defending Calvert-Lewin.

I just dont see why anyone would if they want the best for Everton.

He is so clearly not up to leading our attack.

Go back and read this thread over the last few months and you'll see not many would argue with that viewpoint.

If a bid comes in (which I highly doubt) then we need to take it. If not, we need to buy another attacker in any case, because the likelihood of us getting significant goals with him is virtually zero. There'll be no team effort to service him with loads of crosses all game under any Lampard team, that's for sure.

If he hadn’t have got injured for much of the season, he was on course for a third double figures goal season in a row

The hatred for DCL had stemmed over the last 18 months, not because of anything on the pitch or his physical issues, it’s purely what he’s done off pitch, the interviews, the photo shoots and adverts etc

We'll lose goals but not work ethic with Gordon.

If we could retain the services of Richarlison for another season it would allow Gordon the time to develop his end product which at present is seriously lacking.
If Richarlison leaves the pressure on Gordon may become detrimental to his long term future .
Evertonians in general seem to have lost the patience required to allow a young player time to develop.

Would deffo keep him.
Unfortunately injured all last season and unfit when he came back.
Unless we got mega Money for him I would be interested in selling him
We would regret it.
Wouldn't mind Toney if he did go but that would take up most of the fee.
