He was top scorer in the prem until he got injured and was not fully fit until the last 2-3 games of the season, at which point he scored the goal that kept us up.

We dont really. We need goals and lots of them...and he isn't good enough to get a lot of them.

Shouldn't the midfield be contributing to the goals tally as as well? Lampard knows all about that from his stellar goal scoring record as a midfielder. We've always needed lot's of goals and the likes of Antonio who has never got more than 10 prem goals in his 7 seasons in the top flight is not an improvement on Dom. Only way we would get the numbers you want is to sign another Lukaku. (and let's not forget he had a much better midfield than our current one) FFP means we wont get anyone remotely that good.

@bicycleheader instead of the middle finger reaction please tell me how Dom is unplayable or even tell me to go and watch a game that he's been unplayable in. At least we have a striker, who with service can get 15-20.

Right now we don’t actually have a midfield.

If DCL leaves, we can think about replacing him, but the next priority has got to be one or two midfielders.

I’m fine with him staying. I’m not his biggest fan.

Main concern for me is adding to the goal tally from other areas. We literally have no goal threats, Gordon can’t score, Iwobi very rarely, nothing from central positions and even Richarlison is hit and miss. This needs addressing in the summer urgently.

We got one good delivery into him over the last 10 games of the seasons and he stuck it.

Strikers need to score goals other than when it’s plonked on their head 6 yards out in the middle of goal. He’s never really looked capable of it.

My opinion is that the clubs who might be interested in him will wait right up until the end of the window or even January.

He’s missed a lot of football so possibly too much of a gamble to splash out big on.

He cost not a lot, he's not on the last year of his contract, if no one wants to pay up then he stays.

He's the best we've got... whether you like him or not.
